Saâd Tazi is the founder of ST Marbella Homes, specialising in luxury real estate in Marbella and high-value property investment across the Costa del Sol.
Originally from Fez and based in Marbella since 1998, he brings over two decades in the Marbella property market, with a focus on prime locations, off-market opportunities and investment-driven acquisitions.
With a Master's degree from ESESA Business School, Saâd combines academic grounding with deep local knowledge, advising international and GCC clients on buying property in Marbella, portfolio growth and strategic real estate investment.
His approach is defined by precision, discretion and a clear understanding of what drives value in Marbella's most sought-after areas, from the Golden Mile to Nueva Andalucía and beyond. Through a personal, results-driven strategy, he helps clients secure homes that offer both lifestyle appeal and long-term capital growth.
